Safwa
Safwa is an NTU all-girls adhoc under the NTUMS. We aim to inspire and empower Muslimahs by creating a safe space for Muslimahs to grow and improve themselves. Safwa aims to do so by creating internal (within the NTU community) and external (to the public) events such as planning talks and workshops that are beneficial and engaging for everyone.
Roles
Welfinance
Welfinance is a combination of two departments, the Welfare and Finance department. The Welfinance team, as the name indicates, is incharge of the adhoc’s welfare and finances.
Their roles are:
Handle the monetary aspect of planning an event
Incharge of keeping track of the adhoc’s expenses
Planning of fundraisings to raise funds for the adhoc’s events
Planning games during our weekly meetings
In charge of taking care of all of the members’ welfare
Publogs
Publogs is a combination of two departments, the Publicity and Logistics department. The Welfinance team, as the name indicates, is incharge of publicity and logistics.
Their roles are:
Managing the adhoc’s instagram and social media
Publicising the adhoc’s events and fundraisings
Engage and update the public regarding Safwa’s updates
Handle the logistics needed
